| [Abstract] Objective To investigate the Applied Anatomy and Presentation of the different ocular signs caused by the intracranial aneurysm of different locations. Methods Data of 232 patients with intracranial aneurysms of recent 10 years were reviewed retrospectively ,and the ocular changes in intracranial aneurysm analyzed. Result Among the 46 intracranial aneurysms, posterior communicating aneurysm took the first place (52.19%),followed by internal carotid artery aneurysm(19.57%),supra- cerebellar artery(8.70%), ophthalmic aneurysm(6.52%),paraclinoid aneurysm (4.34%),anterior communicating aneurysm(4.34%),anterior cerebral artery aneurysm(4.34%);As to the cranial nerves involved, oculomotor nerve ranks the first(67.39%),followed by optic nerve(15.22%),abducens nerve(13.04% )and trigeminal nerve(13.04%) ,nevertheless, trochlear nerve (4.35%)paralysis was relatively rare; Ptosis or/and diplopia were the chief complaints in 9 cases(19.56%).Conclution The introcular aneurysm of different locations can cause the corresponding ocular signs,It had relationship ,but It was not specific, the location, shape, size, and growth of cerebral aneurysms were related directly;Ophthalmologist should ephasis the early diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm. |
