| Possibility of Complex Mehran 3 . for scleral buckling in Retinal Detachment with vessels pathology.

            Purpose: 
              To avoid a post operation complication and improve reattachment retina for vessels pathology, with Nano silicon complex Mehran .lent3, ofter cleral buckling.
             
               
              Methods 
              Scleral buckle by  Nano silicon Mehran lent-2 that  is a piece of  Nano silicone sponge, rubber, or semi-hard plastic pushes in, or "buckles," the sclera toward the middle of the eye This buckling effect on the sclera relieves the pull (traction) on the retina,  which difference  is that have 4 pairs of holes in the end of the strip. a handle And on one its ends there is a split 1*5 mm, the head of the silicon can be ahead from the s Stronger pill (Fig 1) than fix silicone sponge with together on the sclera with nylon Succor (Fig 2) 
              After surgery (after reattachment retina) (Fig 3) surgeon is able to control IOP with regular special silicon handle, nylons will be observes and silicon sponge don't keep it in place and will be opened very easy or stronger. 
            And step by step the eyeball will be as normal size. (Fig 4) 
                          Result: 
              Sclera buckling with silicon complex Mehran Lent-2 will be able to control normal pressure on the sclera. 
                          a-avoid of slowness blood circulation, low blood pressure. 
              b- choroid ischemia, and reduced pulse amplitude. c- Change visual axis. 
              d-avoid of glaucoma. e-avoid of rick myopia, strabismus, Astigmatism 
              f-avoid of vitreous hemorrhage. g- to change anterior segment deepness. 
              h-avoid of (IOP) and high presser on optical nervous, and avoid of 
              Retina edema, change biochemical process, scleral change diameter, change to microscopic layer retina, avoid vitreous proliferation, internal erosion, 
                          Conclusion: 
              This method helps to provides total retinal attachment to choroid and help to avoid a post operative complication.
