                      Purpose
A case study of a patient with recurrent hyphema from a pupillary membrane remnant.
                      Methods
The findings on clinical examination, digital photography and iris angiography are presented to illustrate the source of recurrent hyphema, and guide treatment.
                      Results
The patient was treated with Argon laser to the base of the pupillary membrane on the iris. This reduced perfusion of the membrane and arrested further hyphema.
                      Conclusions
Argon laser was effective in attenuating perfusion of the bleeding pupillary membrane remnant.
